ApolloBoy
Does anyone happen to have an Amiga Kickstart disk laying around? I was going to make one myself but it turns out you need a Catweasel to make one. I would prefer Kickstart 1.3, but any Kickstart disk will do. Tempest
Do you actually need a Catweasel to do that or just a way to get the disk files to a real amiga? Tempest
SeaGtGruff
Do you actually need a Catweasel to do that or just a way to get the disk files to a real amiga? Tempest What's a Catweasel? Is it anything like a Dogferret? I have an Amiga, too, that I haven't powered up in years, and I had lent my Kickstart disks to a friend who said they were unreadable, so I might need to make a Kickstart disk, too, but I don't have a Catweasel. You need a way to get an ADF to the Amiga, bit of a nasty chicken/egg scenario. If you can prepare a HD in WinUAE (and have an HD capable Amiga setup) you can shortcut it. The Catweasel allows PCs to read/write ADFs directly to floppies.

Yes, I use Amiga Explorer to drag/drop read/write floppies on the Amiga from the PC. Which also is quite neat You can use transwarp to do ADF read/write stuff over a null modem serial, but you need Workbench to load transwarp so...
