Lord Cygnus Posted September 14, 2009 Share Posted September 14, 2009 Anyone know how to get OASIS JR BBS software to hang up the modem when a caller leaves the BBS? I've recently been BETA testing a dial up BBS for ATARI's using this software. It seems to not want to hang up the phone after a caller logs off the BBS. I've tried both the ATARI SX212 modem and AVATEX 2400 modem. Both modems work great with the BBS except for the hanging up feature at the end of a user's session. -=[Lord Cygnus]=- Make sure your modem init string includes this: &D2&C1 I don't know anything about the sx212 but I seem to remember something about some of the Avatex modems not being fully Hayes compatible.
