Garak
OMFG he dosent know when the NES was released and he's writing a tutorial. Yeah, I almost fell off my chair when he stated that the NES probably came out in the "late 1970's" and that it was released "some time before [he] was born" and that he is currently 15 (which means it was only a 1 or 2 years before he was born, but he still makes it sound ancient)- and this person is writing a tutorial? Kids... I feel old Yeah, I feel old too now Sheesh, the late 70's... It's only going to get worse.... I can see it now, some young person creating a Atari 2600 tutorial and stating that it come out in the 1920's way before he was born Garak
Wrathchild
Here's a port I did of the tutorial at: http://www.stanford.edu/~mcmartin/retro/ You can build this with the CC65 suite but its not to difficult to rework it  Regards, Mark nes101.zip
Happy_Dude
Strangly I only just found and read that tutorial. If I had been paying attention 2 years ago I'd be coding NES games by now. Seriously, If you're interested in NES coding read Michael's tutorial. I did a little write up for it on my NES homebrew page (link in sig)
