I missed out on one for $10 a few weeks ago. Demon Attack is rare but obtainable. Microsurgeon is ultra rare, I've only seen a picture of it once and never for sale. I bought them when some company was blowing out PCjr stuff via Computer Shopper ads. So, Microsurgeon really does exist. I sold them with my first PCjr in 1987-ish. I actually talked to Rick Levine (the programmer) at CGE and he said that although he didn't do the PCjr version, he knows it was shipped.
