He had found several of these printers for sale in a local store, and he graciously offered to buy them and then re-sell them at his cost so that other Atari enthusiasts would have the opportunity to own them at a reasonable price. I expressed interest in one, and although I was late getting my payment to him, his communications were very friendly and he shipped the printer very quickly.
