Well, with my actual car (not a Ferrari unfortunately) I could pick it up for 50 cents and save shipping costs, yes… but even with that amazing advantage the starting price is approx 4 to 5 times higher of my maximum budget!? That seller is posting lots of homebrews and, sometimes, other good stuff like an Intv consolle II + ECS that I saw last week, always a bit pricey but, considering the fact that they are already in Italy, not that much (Smurf apart).
