RickR
Moved to its own thread: My Intellivision is broken. Upon turning the Intellivision on, the title screen comes up, then the screen gets all garbled. The game does play (based on sound effects) but the screen remains garbled. Please see the video below. That's me pressing the reset button a few times. http://home.comcast.net/~rrsyr/ebay/AtariB%20011.AVI I've done the following so far: 1. Transformer is good (AC voltages into the power board look fine) 2. Power board is good (DC voltages going into the motherboard look fine). 3. All socketed chips have been removed and reseated. 4. All dirt and grime has been cleaned out from the inside. 5. The cartridge port has been examined and cleaned. Anything else I should check? Time for a burial ceremony? Thanks. pimpmaul69
i think you might have a bad capacitor.. starts out good but looks like it does not have pwer to maintain it. could be video chip or ram chip issue.
