Michael David Morsette
I am looking for a portable Atari 2600, ideally a portable 7800 that is still backward compatible with 2600. I am trying to contact Benjamin Heckendorn but I doubt I will have any success with that busy man I am willing to pay for a well made custom system. If someone is interested in this project then if you could pm me and I will contact you by email where you could share your rough design and an estimate. I would pay 50% of labor and 100% of parts and material up front. After project is done I would pay the rest of labor and shipping. For the looks of a custom system, I am a big fan of the Atari Lynx and would like a retro look, also a top loading cartridge and fairly large screen. Standard controllers for a 7800, A/V out etc. Thanks, Mr. Bland
atariguy1021
A 7800 portable...That's gonna be huge! lol I may be able to build a portable for you. I've built a few so far; an Atari 2600, NES and SNES. ATARI: NES: SNES: You can see the SNES in action: (please excuse the poor quality video!) If you would like more pictures or you're interested in having one built, PM me!
Michael David Morsette
Those are nice looking devices, thanks for the quick reply. That style isn't quite what I'm looking for though; would you be able to build one more in the retro atari style? These are examples of the styles that appeal to me. http://benheck.com/0...i-7800-portable http://www.engadget....ble-atari-2600/ pm sent to discuss pricing.
