IHATETHEBEARS
I have a multicart with all the Atari 5200 games on it - with the excecption of Bounty Bob Strikes Back. I am relatively new to the 5200 world. But apparently this is a hard game to find. I have no idea what it even costs. Is it even possible to get a repro of it? Anyway, if anyone has one, let me know! Thanks!
+Allan
There were a small number of repros made (I have one) but that was a number of years ago. Your best way (financially) is to get a SD ATarimax cart from www.atarimax.com. Yes they are expensive but you will not only be able to play Bounty Bob but also MULE as well as 99.9% of the 5200 games on a real 5200. +DamonicFury
BBSB been going for about $300, but it doesn't come up for sale that often. It uses an unusual bank-switching scheme, so making a repro is difficult, and the original programmer has discouraged people from doing so. As Allan said, your best bet other than finding the original is getting Atarmax's new SD-based multicart. Unlike his older USB-based one, it can play BBSB. At $136 (with shipping), it's a good bit cheaper than the going rate for an original, plus you can use it to play numerous other 5200 games.
