LynxVGL
Added this classic to my collection today. Remember renting it back in '91(?) and thinking it was hard then. Whoa. Still hard today. I like how weapon selection can totally screw you over depending on what level you are on. Great game.
CGQuarterly
I actually played GnG this morning for about an hour. I wasn't at the top of my game, and ended up pretty frustrated. Still love the game though, even with its flaws. Chris
Austin
Great game! Even though it's not a perfect arcade translation, it still looks good enough and feels on-point.
genesisguy
This is one I didn't grow up with but got into after I started collecting for the Genesis again. Love it!
twoquickcapri
My first try at a home port of Ghouls 'N Ghosts was on the Supergrafx, so I've always been partial to it. But after spending sometime with the genesis version it has grown on me and now like it just as much.
mbd30
Great game. I did eventually beat it. That one boss with the worms crawling out of it is brutal.
Chilly Willy
I've always loved this game, but for some reason, I just suck bad at it.
gorfcadet
Both this and Super GnG were vicious. I beat them, but they definitly raised my blood pressure. Still hate the play it twice to get the good ending stuff!
R.O.T.S
Yeah what a classic i enjoy playing it in any form,Snes,Megadrive,Arcade,C64,pc engine but i also like the Master System version which is a little sparse looking as you would expect but it is the only version to use a shop for the items. thegamezmaster
Great game, just wish they had adjustable difficulty level select. But that's just me.

They put those axes in as a "hahahahahahah, you're an idiot!" feature. I swear.
