Bullshit, they need to change that. At least now you can transfer stuff to a new console. I know it's not the same, and the process is a pain, but it's a start. Seems as if the rumor that this third Sonic game is some sort of kart racing collaboration is getting a lot of mileage. So perhaps we will see Sega and Nintendo combining forces for a kart racer despite both having their own successful franchises in that area. Well, they put Pacman in Mario Kart GP Arcade, so I wouldn't put it past them to include 3rd party characters. I have heard several sources saying that the new Sonic All-stars racing gives the best of the Mario Kart games a run for their money, so do you water down one franchise to bolster the competeting franchise?
