fwonkas
Ok, this is a weird one. I picked up a copy of Ninja Kid a few weeks back. It was a 5-screw and it was cheap. I tried playing it and it didn't work. Did a quick cleaning and it still didn't work. I opened it up and, for a second, thought it had a famicom adapter in it, but I quickly realized that something weird was going on. There was a ©1982 Atari Cartridge in there with the Ninja Kid board. It's too wide to be a 2600, and I'm guessing it's for the 5200. The connector portion of the board is about 48mm wide. So I've got a few questions — what system is the Atari board for? Any way to tell what game it is from the pics? And what happened here? Did someone put it in there to try to trick someone? Maybe to make the weight or balance of the board different in order to make it feel like a famicom adapter cart? Just a prank? Also, the other cart was probably shorting the Ninja Kid one out, which works fine now.
+Allan
Yes, it's a 5200 cart. I will see if I can figure out which one. Allan
