I bought one of those AES box-shaped cushions from the SNK online store, and yes, it's KOF '98. I think it's bigger than the actual AES boxes, but we'll see. It will ship in a few weeks, so I'll show it when I get it. I almost bought the one for KOF '96, as that was my first Neo Geo game, but I decided to wait and get the one for '98 instead since that's the best one (probably. I still haven't played most of them, but everyone says '98 is the best). I'd be more interested if they did these for Garou Densetsu/Fatal Fury, but KOF '98 is still really good. Leeroy ST Posted June 15, 2021 Share Posted June 15, 2021 Went back to replaying older Metal Slugs after finally playing 7 and XX. They really have been just making the same game over and over. It's one thing to not change gameplay but even the animations and graphics seem the same across nearly every game even post Neo-geo which seems a bit lazy to me. I mean on Neo-geo Metal Slug was breath taking, even 4 with the whole highway chases was cool. I mean, I love the Metal Slug series and played them all the time. But after awhile, that same style of animations and graphics to be done continuedly gets boring after awhile.
