Reaperman
The Omega MVS system The XRGB-mini The NIB Visteon GBA Overly thinking about this, my first two items may not be great choices since they're still available from their sources. While expensive, they are pretty easily replaced.

BigO
Heavy Sixer w/Harmony Cartridge. I could pitch a whole lot of stuff over the balcony railing down into the back yard. The pinball machine will just have to burn.

karokoenig
Three carts. Q-Bert, Grand Prix and Time Race. Those three are the only ones that survived from my childhood. Found them in a drawer in the attic of my parents' house a few years ago. That incident triggered my collecting.
atarian1
Not gaming related, but in terms the three Atari items I would save, I would save my three rarest possessions: Atari Falcon030 computer in a C-Lab Falcon MKX case Atari CDAR504 CD-ROM drive Atari/Hotz MIDI Translator (assuming I can carry this bulky 60 lbs. beast out the door!) Andromeda Stardust
NES. PowerPak. And this beast: NES was my first love. But I'd still feel really bad for leaving my Atari behind... EDIT: remember guys, you can only save three items. Without a console, your 3 favorite games are useless! TwinChargers
I can't say I'm excessively sentimental over anything in particular in my man cave. Consoles and games can always be repurchased if necessary. I'd probably grab my 7800 from my youth for sure, after that its not like I can't get a Genesis at any pawn shop for under $30. My highest priced game is probably Master Builder but I can't say I've spent more than an hour playing it (and its value is probably around $50), so maybe that game? I'd probably take Tapper for the 2600 then also? I have about 500 games and a slew of consoles, but nothing individually that can't be replaced at a decent price. Lets say I did lose everything though, I'd probably rebuild the collection through having a Harmony cart and other multi-game cart options. Rhomaios
My wife, my computer, and any photos. With the exception of a few homebrew titles, I can get everything all over again.

RJ
My wife, my computer, and any photos.. Your WIFE? Re-read the topic title. You're missing the point of a gameroom my friend. Photos? You mean like girlie posters & centerfolds?
BydoEmpire
1. My 5200 collection - the games I'd most like to play most often, and no Flashback to replace it. 2. My Intellivision collection - my games and console from my childhood, so high nostalgic value. 3. My 2600 collection - because there are so many games! Rhomaios
Your WIFE? Re-read the topic title. You're missing the point of a gameroom my friend. Photos? You mean like girlie posters & centerfolds? My wife pays games with me, therefore gaming-related. And no, I meant photos of my family,my youth, things like that. I have books from the 1700s, I'll be ok not rescuing any actual games or consoles.
Seob
Nothing, i don't have a gameroom. Houses over here aren't that big that a dedicated gameroom, when having 2 kids are possible. And besides, it can all be replaced, so saving my family and maybe the photo's are the only thing to save.
CatPix
I think you're missing the point Seob. It's more a theorical question, another way to ask : "what are the 3 gaming items that hold the most value to your eyes". For me : - The Odyssey. Because heh, It's an historical piece of hardware. And pretty rare to find in Europe. - Bally Astrocade. Same reason. - my first PS2. Because so far it's the only console I bough new, almost at launch date, and opened a whole world of gaming to me.
wolfy62
I should actually sell off two thirds of my stuff right now. I would only keep my intellivision 2 with all my complete boxed games and my multicarts for 2 systems and those systems!
