Shawn
So this multi can handle multiple bankswitching methods at the same time correct? Really sweet little cart you have made there. What is your target price point please?

As said in the video all the info is in the description text, also including a link to Juan´s price list: http://www.vectrex.hackermesh.org/index.php/en/mvbd-mvmc-3/faq

Thinking about 3d printing a custom case for it too as it looks like a standard 7800 cart will not hold it. Maybe along the lines of the xonox double ender cases or something.

Not sure yet, it might fit into a standard cartridge shell anyway. The top part has to be open as there you have to connect the bunrner device. Will have a look at this when I will have more time, I did do something similar with the Videopac/Odyssey2 version.
Mayhem
My first thought was how does the cartridge know which bankswitching method to use, but that's explained in the video, that's pretty handy. So how is POKEY handled, there's a spot on the board to solder one to?
tep392
Does it include the programmer or does that need to be purchased separately?

+-^CrossBow^-
So then you need the programmer and the cart to get the programs loaded onto it then? So it is two separate purchases. Still, the price seems excellent given it can hold up to 144kb rom images on it! Hmm....
walter_J64bit
Yes! The email is on the way!

Correct, but the programmer/dumper is universal, as it can also be used for all the other cartridges (such as Vectrex) with the same pins. R.Cade
Note to Fred - Release the new 7800 Harmony soon, or else part of your market will go to this new product!

Note to R.Cade - To be honest I think all type of flash and multi-carts have their pro and cons, so it is really depending what you prefer and need.

Rastignac
Do you think it can be use with 2600 roms? The 7800 console runs 2600 games; will it run with this burner? (at least, 4KB/nonswitched games?).
jfmateos
Dear Roland, thank you very very much for your video-review. Dear atariage forum users, The card is not ready for release yet because there are still some issues to fix and I'm waiting for the arrival of some electronic components. The POKEY chip will not be included in the final card; there wil be just a socket to plug it. I'm not sure about the final price... somewhere between 25 adn 35€ I'm working on a specific Atari 2600 card, but I will try to include some of the basic Atari 2600 basic bank-switched schemes also in this card (<4k, F8...). Thank you for your interest.... and I will keep you informed through this thread.

gambler172
Hi Guys i am proud to check out Juan`s new multicart......what should i say????A really great device, which is easy to use....if you look at this site... http://www.vectrex.hackermesh.org/a7800converter/ To get the files on the cart via burner is easy.....but you must Change the filename a Little bit. For about 35 Euro....you get a great multicart, which is easy to use and plays most of the 7800 games...... And even on my French Secam System...it works very well. A MUST HAVE for all 7800 Gamers... greetings Walter
