+therealbountybob
Found a couple of good basic games on the recent abbuc disks, probably listed somewhere like atarionline.pl # Crazy Egon 2 - recently fixed version of an old platformer, paint each screen, avoid nasties, can leave and do other screens but if incomplete they reset. Stylish game. We played Egon in the A-Z of gaming season, you can work out which round for yourselves Joe Painter 2 - overhead painting, nice game. Lots more screens to do. Wen't wrong way and got stuck here; couldn't find abort key so had to reload Both these have that turn based movement but are quite good and would make for a HSC round, perhaps together in "Best of BASIC II" [advanced warning!] Zoo Food - nice little game Sikor, managed to compete it after a few goes Also tried Gridrunner 2016 but it was only title screen and music - we played the 2010 game which is excellent. SFO latest version, made it to level 2 on Ace so at least it's not impossible! Might have spotted a minor glitch with the advanced firing toggling on this skill level, but I'll ignore it and call it a feature 15,780 Space Cruiser Class 1 This round and the R11 Poll end on Sunday

Sikor
Few more from me... Great idea of Koala's children, very fun and fast, with phisics. I like this game, but has no time now to play it... Level 3 is too hard to me at this moment In Gorgh's game was one unplayable thing for me: no counter But game has big potential... Great work of Tebe and co... Super game for me. I must training it more We still waiting for full version... Hmm, Bocianu's game has some bugs, I see... But it is wrote in ne language (implementation of language): TeBe's Mad Pascal. But game has big potential... Anyone wants to prepare new tiles for improovment version? This time not on fonts but as gfx? If is - please PM me (my english is terrible, but i think, that we can do it )
carlsson
Anyone wants to prepare new tiles for improovment version [of Zoo Food]? I think you might want to consider gameplay as well as graphics. Instead of a life counter, I would suggest a timer set to e.g. 3 minutes, ticking down one second at a time. If you flip two previously unseen bricks that don't match, the timer just keeps ticking. If you flip one "known" and one unseen brick that don't match, you lose an additional 10 seconds on the timer. If you flip two bricks you have seen before, but they don't match, you lose 20 seconds or so, possible adjusted in fine tuning. The next level may contain more species, but also multiples of the same animal/food, more minutes on the timer. Perhaps you also want some text display below the bricks telling you what you found so it is easier to determine what should match if the graphics are not enough.
