I would imagine that the declining market size and historical A8 sales meant that making updated interpreters for it just wasn't worth it. seastalker Posted September 29, 2022 Share Posted September 29, 2022 I have the various 'Masterpiece' collections from the 90s on CD-Rom and always thought the 'Z[numeral]' formula just indicated revision number for bugfixes, improvements and such.
