xrbrevin
'buccaneer' - not unlike 'pirate'..! an interesting tale and you have a few desireable tapes there ? back in the day i got to know a guy who had a modem - as a kid it was amazing to see data transfer via the old pulse dial phone lines. i only had a 1010 cassette deck as a point of reference! The main reason these pirate games stuck in my head is they were sold like this at every store on that island for many years. As a child I didnt even truly realise "piracy" I saw it as a brand lol
www.atarimania.com
These are great! How many titles do you have and what are they? It would be fantastic if you could archive them in .cas format. Edited February 5, 2020 by www.atarimania.com

We grew up around pirated cassettes that were sold in the mainstream retailer stores, or copies of those done using those dual cassette boomboxes. The only cartridge I knew in the early years (before XE era) was a Star Raiders cart that a friend of mine had, and that's it. I bet it was the same in many parts of the world. _The Doctor__
@oo7 Yes we must get the tapes audio (both track both sides) from Malta! If need be we could try to deploy Retired Extremely Dangerous crew for extractions!
