_The Doctor__
I wonder where all the Atarians are... I know it's tough with paychecks cancelled for a month or so, but the power that be, orange or not... have worked to freeze actions against money issues, and are at least sending some cash our way... are the choices just the the three above or can it be anything you've made previously or were planning on doing... perhaps a refresher of all they might be... the sequester is just now hitting most of the other states so maybe more folks will see this soon..... Interwebs are congested... folks are starting to settle in....
tschak909
It is worth noting that the SIO connectors we have perfected for FujiNet are easy enough to use in other projects. -Thom

My main SIO input will be a SIO cable pigtail on both the SIO2IO and XF551 External simply because the supply of the normal SIO connectors is so small. manterola
If space is available I guess the option for a sio connector might be in place..you know more options the better (as long as it is not a big burden).
Mathy
Hello Lenore I'd also appreciate it, if two SIO connectors could be soldered in at some point in time. Those who want to can use a cable, those who can, can replace the cable with a connector. Sincerely Mathy
_The Doctor__
so set the PCB up as to solder them in, but it's up to the user to do so... sounds reasonable Edited April 5, 2020 by _The Doctor__
Dropcheck
To conclude this thread I want to announce the winning project: (Drum roll please.........) The winning project is......... The Atari SIO2IO Externally Housed Board. ?? I will be conferring with the winning voter over the next few days to flesh out details and nail down features. Hopefully we can produce a finished product in the next few months despite the trials and tribulations we face in the world of today. Thank you all for your participation. Stay safe and don't loose hope. This will pass too.
