I think the colour of the spinner/logo (yellow) is out-of-character with the rest of the UI. This may work for single-line white on blue background, which is shown on alternate frames. But for solid stuff like that logo, and also the double-line font - it seems to me to be a mistake. Definitely for the logo - it should choose white as the colour, not the yellow.
