Refine charset for SMALL CAPS

The shared non-alphanumeric characters (e.g., @ & % [ ] etc) don't really work for the SMALL CAPS character set because that charset uses ALL of the 12 lines for the uppercase/numerics, and thus the internal character positions are different for this charset. To fix, revert back to the original non-shared characters as required for this font.
