+Andrew Davie
On my NTSC '2600, with my TV set to NTSC 3.58, the Recently Added ROM "Kaboom HSC NTSC" displays only in greyscale. No other ROMs that I have tested are missing colour like this. I have tried fiddling with difficulty switches - no change. Tesing on a '2600 JR -- no Colour/B&W switch avaialble. Could this be an initialisation error? How odd.
+Andrew Davie
Normally, one would suspect the "odd scanline count" PAL colour-loss. However, I checked the binary and it's 262 according to Stella. I'd put this one down to some weirdness in my dual-format TV. Maybe. Unless Kaboom actually has a B&W mode...? +Al_Nafuur
Did you checked the kaboom NTSC ROM in the Classic folder too?

Omegamatrix
Kaboom does have a black and white mode, and it checks SWCHB for the color/bw switch each frame. Everything looks normal in this game.
+Andrew Davie
There you go -- I just discovered that my Atari does indeed have a COLOR/B&W switch and when I flick it.... COLOUR! I'm really quite intelligent, you know.
