please help me identify this game!

Trying to figure out what in the world this game is.  It's at an auction and they can't get it to power up, and they will only send me limited pictures.  The only picture with any identifying info is the HOW TO PLAY card.  it reads

 

Start your flight into adventure-land by selecting the one or two player start button

Shoot through the center of the bridge to open the tunnelgate to the maze

Watch out for the balloons!

Bridge - 2000 points

Fly through the tunnel maze but dont crash

Points are awarded for time spent in the tunnel maze

Indeed! On Looping's flyer there are mentions of "Adventure Land", "Maze Tunnel", balloons, etc.

This definitely looks like 'Looping', based on the pictures I'm seeing of the cab itself and the instruction panel.

I've never seen the arcade original. This is one of those games that I learned about from friends with ColecoVision. It's so cool that you guys can ID it from just a few lines of text from the instruction panel. 

 

I would beware of the person who doesn't want to send more pictures. It's probably in very rough shape.

"Twinkle Monsters" are key words so yes, it is Looping.

I played tons of Looping at our local arcade bitd.

 

I'm trying to ascertain by the pic if that's some bootleg cocktail version. The instruction card on the upright is right on the control panel artwork - this pic doesn't fit that m.o.
