Igor
After months of work we're happy to announced that we finally have boxed game releases available! These are for our previously released LynXmas 2020 cart and the updated Eggsavier's Cackleberry Rescue game. Both of these are available in the standard sized Atari Lynx game box size. The box is made out of clear PET plastic, and has a colourful insert. The game cart is held securely in the box in a cartridge display stand that can also be used outside of the box. For Eggsavier's we have a special "learn to solder" bunny PCB available that will get you more comfortable with electronic components, soldering, and (hopefully) modding your Lynx. Assembly and install guide will be released soon. Both of these are available for purchase from our store here - Atari Lynx Homebrew Games. If you already have the LynXmas cartridge and want to purchase just the box, please get in contact with us. We also have a standard sized Lynx box for the BennVenn ElCheapoSD cartridge. These are available from out shop here - SD Flash Cart and Accessories. 4

Igor
I've added the box only option for LynXmas in the store since I had a number of requests for it already, enjoy!
Igor
Here's some behind the scenes look at the box making operation ? These are printed on 'silk' (semi-gloss) cardboard and cut to size, I then fold them while Mrs Atari Gamer does the glueing. Pretty happy with the end results! We've also put together the first batch of the Bunny kits for our Eggsavier game. This is a learn-to-solder kit with lots of easy components to give you practice. I'll write up a guide for it shortly too. Looks like the second batch will be delayed due to lock downs in China, so I'll add the version of the game without the Bunny kit to our store for anyone who wants to get it still. 3

TrekMD
I had missed this thread. Ordering shortly!
Igor
A bit of an update to the pre-game menu. Even though the original game was mean to be a Game&Watch style, it makes a lot more sense to have a menu that is easier to navigate on a console like the Lynx.

Maybe if someone else from Germany or EU orders the bunny kit, we could order together? Well, i hoped that Fadest offers this in his shop too.

I've also ordered additional PCBs to be sent express (still 2 weeks) so hoping that the second batch will not be too much after Easter.
Igor
Another update! The game code is complete, just doing some final checks and it's ready to be shipped to the first lot of people who placed pre-orders. I've also added the boxed version of the game to the shop without the PCB Bunny kit since there are delays getting those organised. Available on our store here - https://atarigamer.com/shop/AtariLynxHomebrewGames/5739799835049984 And a couple of screenshots of the updated RGB mode, as well as high score saves to cart. 1

What do you think of the new colour mode with the bunny animation? I ended up re-writing the entire game so I could use the AtariGamer Lynx library I've been working on (not released yet) with it. Quite enjoyed working on the colour side of things too. The original LCD mode is still in the game though.

Wasn't meant to be a huge game, just for a bit of fun. There are bigger games in the works, aiming to have at least one out this year ? 1

Igor
Took me a while but I've got the instructions up on how to put the Bunny PCB together, plus an introduction to soldering. Hopefully this would be good practice for those wanting to learn to solder and mod their Lynx. https://atarigamer.com/pages/assembly-instructions-for-the-easter-bunny-flashing-led-pcb-kit
