As a non gamer fanatic, does this Intellivision System Changer allow Atari games to be played on the INTV models listed on the link? I always like learning.

Yes, that is correct

The mod should also work on most INTV Corp systems, those that have the same board as the others.

not quite correct as stated, although this may have been what you meant, the system changer itself only allows Atari games to be played on the stock INTV II.  The link lists the INTV models that do not work with the system changer, and the instructions for how to mod those models so they can.
