Atari Lynx Replacement Shell???

You might try shoving a piece of 3d printer filament in the screw hole to give the screw something to bite into. Filling the screw hole with epoxy then drilling a small pilot hole might also work.

I've looked into 3D printing them but it's much too difficult for the shape. There is a possibility of doing a crowd-funded Kickstarter if people are interested, @BennVenn and I have discussed it several times in the past. So if enough people are interested, we could make it a reality. A crystal clear shell would be cool!

I found one online when I was looking at this, don't remember where, I tried to use it but it was no good.
