I believe this will be reasonably below going prices for the condition. Adult owned and the disc appears to be blemish-free. Played completely through some years back with no issues - still boots fine in my US Sega Saturn. Manual with registration card, disc and original case. I don't have the foam insert. I will put the disc in another slim sleeve to better protect it and will fill the interior with padding to keep the case as pristine as possible (these things are fragile). Asking US$150 via PayPal and that will include shipping anywhere in the lower USA (no international on this one please). I've given up on the gouging of eBay a couple of years ago but I had 1000+ perfect feedback - I'm an honest seller and expect a good honest buyer.
