Hamsoft Utility Cart? Pics and .bin attached

I bought this bare board at the Midwest Gaming Classic.   I know it is a Hamsoft cart by looking it up on Atarimania.   Reading the manual I see that there needs to be additional hardware to make this work.    I did try to dump this using an atarimania cart(Left Utility Cart option).   Can anyone help me confirm what I have here?   Thank you to Ianoid for the help as well.

Update:  Time got away from me but do want to attempt to try this again.  If I am attempting to use an atarimax cart to dump this, anyone have some suggestions(proper settings)  Just getting a a pea green screen.    I dont have the additional hardware to make anything appear on the computer screen.

First thing to be sure of is: are you inserting the cart with the proper orientation? IMSMC, most (all?) carts have their chips facing away from the user when inserted properly. The same would go for connecting it to the AtariMax device for dumping.

Post your dump.

Does the original cartridge work in an 800, and 800XL?

if yes, then make sure the corresponding switch is set when making and AtariMax Cart.

Upload the resulting BINs from the raw dumps, then the AtariMax cart flashing images you made.

Folks could look at stuff at that point, or you may find it's working already
