retrolust Posted October 2, 2023 Share Posted October 2, 2023 So, I'm teetering on questionable forum posting here, so please keep me on the right side of things. I have a rom of pitfall II (pitfall 2) that "plays fine" in RetroArch (gearcoleco), but in game, it seems all the enemies are too high to jump over. Is this some DRM? Or anti-theft feature? Or just a game bug? I can share the SHA1, but based on what I see in the community this sort of info isn't really shared in forums , etc. Which makes me think there is some reason for that. The creatures were all much higher then the character can jump. Interestingly, when I just played the game again, the bug was gone. i did not activate any alternate mode/difficulty (if possible) Weird!
