4th and Inches (American Football) - (possible re-release, DOS)

I'm not sure, but I think maybe the football game in question was the American football game, 4th and Inches. It was available for like a day and then pulled. But I think it was because of technical reasons. I don't think we ever got an official explanation for why it got removed.

Hmm Ok,   I think they got 4th and Inches via their Accolade purchase.    I don't remember them publishing it to the store though.

I don't recall it either, but found this Facebook announcement when it was posted in April 2022. Missed it!

it was up for a very short time. I thought at the time Atari said they were addressing a technical glitch and then it would be added again but then I never remember hearing anything else about it.

Did anyone here actually download 4th and inches while it was out? I was just wondering how it was/ what was the issue. I didn't get my VCS until after it was pulled so I was curious about it.

Looks like i missed 4th and Inches when it was up on store, couldn't have been up long as i tend to check the store a few times per day just Incase anything shadow drops.

I wonder if it's related to the download issue they had for Atari 50,  I think that was fixed?

I wonder why they'd try to release 4th and Inches but not Hardball?

I think it came and went in the store longer than a day. But I do remember hearing that it would be back soon after. But that was almost two years ago!
