youngolddude Posted December 31, 2023 Share Posted December 31, 2023 Hi, English isnt my native language, I have an 2600 vader promotional, it doesnt work, i conect it to the tv and no signal, on chanel 2 or 3, no sounds, no life, the AC adapter is working sending 10v~11v i imagine to supply 9V i remmeber about 10 years ago it worked, but i just junked it on my closet, where can I start? im SW engineer, I have some tools to soldier here and there but not an expert, also in components change, the greatest thing i done is just changed capacitors to an ATX PC power supply Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But I will give you one place you need to start with. You stated that the power supply is good yes? Then the next step is to verify if the voltage regulator on the system itself is working. As from the left pin to ground it should show that input voltage from your power supply although might be a bit less given the extra load from the 2600 when plugged in. And from the right side pin to ground you should see around +5v. If you aren't, then you know where you need to start. Again, the first rule in stuff like this is.. to ASAP.
