foft
I noticed that my 1050 drive belt was coming apart last I checked it. I decided to have a go at 3D printing one and, so far, it works. Obviously it needs printing with something flexible, I used some TPU filament. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6409494 I measured the original belt size as: Length: 320mm Height: 3.3mm Thickness: 0.5mm The first one I printed was slipping, so I reduced the length to 300mm. That then worked. It might be worth making it slightly higher too to reduce the chance of it slipping slightly off the bottom. Also I wonder about making small ridges on the inside to improve grip? Anyway I posted for now the version that is working for me rather than further adjusting it. 9

scotty
Just about all the public libraries in the Cleveland, Ohio area (multiple separate systems) will print it for just the cost of the filament used. Cleveland Public charges 5c per gram of filament. The County library system is 10c per gram with a $1.00 minimum charge. Thank you for the design!! +nasty niff
Surface scan, there is a minimum order, but it's cheaper than getting belts from the states.. @blacka013
