AtariAge has a community around this wonderful thing called "batari BASIC".  By the Power of Grayskull and many years of other peoples libraries I'd make a S.E.U.C.K. clone.

That's a tough one.  But I would pick either Space Master X-7 or Thunderground.  Do 2600 homebrews count?  If so, I'd say Juno First.

If the deserted island not only has power and TV, but also an acceptable WiFi connection, why not?
Then you would stay up to date with the very latest homebrews and if you get bored, you can send a rescue message via the chat.

 

If the rules of this game doesn't includes multicarts, I would choose Amoeba Jump. If only classic games are allowed I think I would choose Pac-Man.

Since I guess multicarts are out, and 2-player games are out since I wouldn't want to doom another person to be stranded on an island, but if that is OK, the i would take Warlords, and would strand Passengers costar Jennifer Lawrence (she seemed to take being stranded well), Sydney Sweeney (for bucking the trend with her sense of humor), and SSSniperWolf.

 

If it's only single player, maybe River Riad, since I haven't rolled it yet. If homebrew is acceptable, probably RobotWar 2684.
