They're brand new and sealed. Basic and simple cart that just allows you to use any region game on any region system, that just plugs in to the cartridge port behind the disc flap. If you're interested then contact me (via PM / or click my email button) and I'll stick your name down for when I next get them in and bill you once they ship.
