sly
Hi, I have an opportunity to buy a Decathlon Glove that was only offered as a promotion through Activision's Decathlon game. Does anyone have an idea about the value and how much it may be worth? I will be looking for posts.
video game addict
I was just looking at the 5200 box the other day, it's got a picture of it in there. Was this marketed towards other platforms as well? 2600?
sku_u
It's hard to put a dollar value on something like that since it was a promotional item. What condition is it in?
sly
I am not sure if it came from 5200 or 2600.
video game addict
Well this comes from the inside of 5200 box, which might also be the same box that C64 came out in, as well as the Atari 8-bits. Those larger Activision boxes had little tabs on bottom that identified it as either home computer or 5200. The plastic tray accepts both types of carts.. Some manuals were the same as well. Decathlon was not though, 5200 & 8-bit were different. Here's a scan of what's in the 5200 box.. Note it mentions a form, so the forms could very well have been packed in with 2600 versions too, it's just that I don't recall seeing any mention of it before. joesmooth
I think I paid $50 for one at PhillyClassic 4. It was probably a little steep, but it looks cool as hell, I've never seen one before, and I run track so it has some sentimental value.
