figgler
I am thinking of parting with one of the Mario 2 Lost Levels carts for NES that I made. It consists of a Japanese Mario 2 Famicom board and adaptor housed nicely in a standard Super Mario Bros cart and is fully playable and works perfectly in a standard NES. The only catch is that you'd probably need your lockout chip disabled to get it to play and the title screen text does not appear at the beginning of the game, likely becasue the board I used is hacked or a pirate of some sort. Nonetheless, this plays well every time and has never bugged out on me or crashed or anything. These are awesome to have for any NES collectors if you've always wanted to play the real Mario 2 on your NES. Don't know what to ask, but PM me any serious offers. All said and done, it cost about me about $25 to get all the required peices and put this together. LMK, thanks

carolsheba
What do you mean when you say you need your lockout chip disableed?
figgler
Some NESs have protection built in that makes it difficult to play any imports. The later NESs don't have this, but on the earlier ones, you need to disable the chip manually to get imports to cooperate.
