I've never seen or heard of one, but I guess there could have been. Just recently I came across a non-gatefold Star Ship that I never knew existed either. All the gatefold boxes were re-released in non-gatefold boxes. Both Atari & Sears. retrodogg had a non-gatefold Basic Math up a few weeks ago.
