ProperRogue
Here are couple cool things I did, let me know what you think. I like it ! First thing comes to my mind is you could probably make some really cool desktop wallpapers. Of course , that's probably not what you were thinking when you posted. 8bitclassics
Actually they are quite simple to make. you know all those fake software boxes that area appearing on different sites selling software? I ended up getting a hold of a really cool one (paid) that has rounded corners like the Atari cart so I figured I would give it a whirl. Then I just added the different labels I have produced to it, colored the box black and poof, done. I am going to try and modifying it to do the 5200 shell also. ProperRogue
Are you able to adjust the position of the box? What about angles and view? What I'm thinking about , and this may be hard to explain in text. But imagine a desktop wallpaper with the image you posted, like an Atari cart. Now , imagine the viewer as a small ant or teenie-tiny little person looking up at the monstrous God-like Atari cart. Are you with me? You could create like a Stonehenge of Atari carts , and add some really cool caption too!
Tom_Explodes
Anybody make an Enduro, Amidar, Frogger, or Tanks but no Tanks label? ....
TrekMD
This is very cool. Nice labels..makes one wish some of them were real games!
Tom_Explodes
Okay, I'm using someone's label (I'll figure it out and credit 'em in a bit) and making Amidar myself, but I can't tell the text on the end of the label from pictures. Could someone who has an actual label on it help me out? Or, here. That's what I have so far. EDIT: Used A.J.'s Star Wars: Empire label for this. Anyone have the text? Tom_Explodes
Also, can anyone help me find/make a Tanks But No Tanks label? The pictures I can find of it are shoddy at best.
SRGilbert
Okay, I'm using someone's label (I'll figure it out and credit 'em in a bit) and making Amidar myself, but I can't tell the text on the end of the label from pictures. Could someone who has an actual label on it help me out? Or, here. That's what I have so far. EDIT: Used A.J.'s Star Wars: Empire label for this. Anyone have the text? It says (in VERY tiny type): AMIDAR is a trademark of Konami Industry Co. Ltd. Program Content © 1982 Parker Brothers, Beverly MA 01915 AMIDAR game graphics © 1982 Konami Industry Co. Ltd. Tom_Explodes
Thanks a lot! All I gotta do now is get some paper. And print it. And cut it out. And paste it on. And not screw any of that up. ahaha. Thanks.
MRB2011
Does anyone have a Photoshop template for creating Activision labels? If not do you know of a site where I could at least download the fonts?
StanJr
Sorry to resurrect the dead here, but does anyone have a label for Tetris 2600 or Boing! My copies are from the dawn of homebrewing and have no label.
