Mayhem
The ROM with the game code would have to be on the same board probably (as the C64 reads code from the game port not the user port where the SuperCPU plugs into) or maybe as two separate entities. Certainly having the game code on cart would cut out any loading times completely. But as it comes on four floppies, I think that's a total of about 5MB of game; and the biggest cart ever made for the C64 is 512K. So you never know, might be possible Oh you'd need the biggest power supply anyhow for the requirements of the SuperCPU. jaktrip
Hi everyone! I just want to inform you that a friend of ours has implemented SuperCPU support for VICE, so Metal Dust can be played with an emulator now if you don't have the hardware. A download version of Metal Dust is now available in our shop as well. Best Regards, Jak T Rip / Protovision www.protovision-online.com Quote Link to comment https://forums.atariage.com/topic/73916-c64-metal-dust-a-impressiv-new-game/page/2/#findComment-2888941 Share on other sites
