But that's because the price values are the sort of guide level to not insult another collector if you wanted to buy something from him. So they are above those values, but below eBay levels. If Joe charged those prices he'd have the most popular game store in the state for about a month until he went out of business. It's not average market value, it's the "expect to pay at least this if you want the game, and if you find it cheaper than this, then it's a great deal" type values.
