slayer123
Getting good offers for games. Anybody have a Japenese system they are willing to part with at a decent price? Let me know here or PM me.
guitarmas
From what I can tell, you can actually just flip a few switches inside an American Saturn to make it play Japanese games. http://www.gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=imports:sega_saturn Thought it would help some. If so what would be used to close the points with? I couldn't quite find that info on the page.

SteveW
Or you could just buy an ST-Key cartridge, and that'll let you play anything. I bought one with four games last year at the Oklahoma Videogame Expo for $20. I wouldn't pay more than that, if I were you.

The jumper points are soldered together - to convert a system from one region to another, you need to desolder the original jumpers and solder bridge the appropriate ones. The coolest region mod on the gamesx site is the "switchless" region mod... it is a little more involved than the switch mod, or just hardwiring a region, but it is well worth it.
