WTB: Sega Saturn Japenese System & games

I have a need to buy a Sega Saturn Japanese system and games (doesn't matter what kind of games). Looking for package deals but if anybody has either the system or just games, msg me please.

I have 3 games? Neon Genesis Evangelion,Neon Genesis Evangelion 2nd impression, Neon Genesis Evangelion iron maiden All 3 are for the Sega Saturn Japanese system and in great condition with cases and 1 has a small music disk. I would want $20 shipped for all 3

From what I can tell, you can actually just flip a few switches inside an American Saturn to make it play Japanese games.

Thanks for letting me know, do you have do some soldering to open and close them though? If so what would be used to close the points with? I couldn't quite find that info on the page.

Nope they're just jumpers that you can switch with a ball point pin.

Or you could just buy an ST-Key cartridge, and that'll let you play anything. I bought one with four games last year at the Oklahoma Videogame Expo for $20. I wouldn't pay more than that, if I were you.

i have a saturn converter and japanese versions of NIGHTS, and FIGHTERS MEGAMIX

You couldn't be more wrong...

 

The jumper points are soldered together - to convert a system from one region to another, you need to desolder the original jumpers and solder bridge the appropriate ones.

 

The coolest region mod on the gamesx site is the "switchless" region mod... it is a little more involved than the switch mod, or just hardwiring a region, but it is well worth it.
