King Atari
As always, C=64 Super Mario Bros. is a good play. Sadly, C=64 Double Dragon isn't any good .
liveinabin
Pretty much anything by Thalamus (Sanxion in particular has awesome loading music) Wizball is great, the Last Ninja games are good too and theres a really odd little game called Kettle thats worth looking out for. Bez
Man o man! I forgot to mention quite possibly the best shoot ´em up game ever ! On any platform. KATAKIS !!! The graphics, music and feel of the game is fantastic. When it was released on the Amiga later on it was a huge disapointment. But for the C-64...GET! GET! GET!! Adios for now. King Asmo
Space Taxi is a classic as well. Does anyone know where you can buy C64 hard drives? There was a site that had them a couple years ago, but I can't seem to find it. KA
Adrian M
I like Lode Runner, Rush N Attack, some of the D&D and Ultima games (if you can find them complete with all the necessary items and documentation), Kickman, Clowns, Last Ninja, Pitstop II, Super Huey, and some kind of motorcycle racing game I have on disk that I can't remember the name to. Gunstar
You should just chill and wait until you get the C64 from me, there are a TON of games coming with it, many of which were mentioned here...unless your just asking to know which games to look for in the collection I'm sending...still waiting on your mail, still waiting on your letter though... I do not think I could bear any dissent on this issue. It Is Great. End. as always, Markimus of Space Taxi.
+Sauron
Definitely grab Friday the 13th if you can find it. I played that game far more than any other C64 game. Finder's Keepers is pretty good too.
King Atari
They made Friday the 13th for the C=64? Was it anything near as bad as the NES game? Oh, and singlehandedly the best C=64 game ever: Ghostbusters! I played that thing for hours on end! Batman used to get a lot of play as well. You have to get Ghostbusters, though. ubersaurus
*cough* Paranoia Complex is a sweet game. Hard to find a good dump of it online, though. If you can get an actual copy then you own. *boosting post count all day, every day*
