Bandai-Pippin for sale... and more than complet

Hi,

My friend have a Bandai-Pippin for sale. he got it first from a guy who worked on the Ethernet support for this incredible game system.

This console for sale came with a lot of things like cables, keyboard, gadgets and about 10 or 15 games complet in box.

For those who have no idea what is Bandai-Pippin, know first that it's American inside!

For those who think Apple should release a game system, you must know the story of Bandai-Pippin.

Bandai-Pippin is a game system based on PowerPC (Apple-USA), released in 1995, with futurist caracteristics and design.

CD-ROM drive on the front, control buttons on the top, usb ports for the gamepads, gamepads with trackball, ntsc-pal, s-video and vga ports...

In year 1996, the Ethernet support (PrimeTech-Canada) was release for this game system.

Unfortunatly, the video game market situation was bad for this console developed in North America, but good for Sony PS1.

Only about 20 games were available for the Bandai Pippin game system and it's your chance to have an almost complet collection.

Because of his lack of games, Bandai Pippin is in the top 10 of the biggest technology flops... :(

I will tell you when my friend will start his incredible auction on eBay.

Thank you for reading!

Daniel

No ebay auction was done yet... in fact, I think I will avoid this service to keep the pippin for the collectors and gamers.

So you post about an auction that's not up yet and then say that he's not going to auction it on ebay after all? :?

Ooookay then...

He didn't state which games, however. :(

So "10 to 15 games" would probably be the entire US collection. Not a bad package. I'd pay $50 for it. :D

No, the game system isn't boxed... my friend didn't got it boxed anyway, got directly from the hand of the Ethernet Support conceptor. However, it came with a bunch of CDs (PC/Mac software) used by the company who developed the Eternet support that is under the console on the picture and include here a floppy disk drive on the front. One of these CDs contain an "Internet Suite" to connect to the net.

I did another topic in CCJVQ forum to sale this Bandai game system... I forgot to copy the game list here, sorry.

Can you take a pic of Racing Days in action? I've just never seen one Pippin game screen in my life, so I have no idea what the graphics look like.

My friend take back his Pippin stuff, so I can't take a picture of any game running for the moment. However, I added the pictures of the boxed games in a previous message here. Go take a look!

And yes, it still possible to make me an offer.
