I introduced some new game mechanism. As the level designing keeps progressing, I figured I needed to mix things up a little. I designed a level that I wanted Ulysses to go off the screen and reappear on the other side. But after trying to do that, it wasn't going to work due to the moving tables I need to rely on for whether he can move or not. So I decided to do this: Add teleporation devices.

When Ulysses steps into a teleportation device, he will reappear at the other one with a whoosh sound. I wanted to make a computer-y sound, but the noise channel's capabilities are limited (I'm using the other three channels for the level background music.) Also, this involved making a new tile so I designed the teleportation device. Kind of looks like a dishwasher or something. But if you can draw a better one in a 14x14 pixel space using three colors, feel free to send it my way. I was thinking of the one Homer Simpson uses in the Halloween segment where he buys two from Professor Frink.

 

And some new code was added in bank 0 to handle it. So I have 27% of room left in bank 0 so I'm good there. I had to quit using bank 3 as it was filling up, so I moved the other levels past 36 to start using bank 4.
