So I'm working on Ugly Uppity Umpire again. I made level 41. It has 12 sprites moving independently. I had a working level 41 but I dubbed it too easy and wondered what I could do to make it harder. I opened some squares, put other blocks in until I had this:

Since I design a new block every 8 levels it was time to design a new one. It kind of reminds me of the flag of New Mexico:

Only in black and white. I was all set to get some nachos from Taco Bell tomorrow, but since my dumb doctor called, I can't stop thinking about what might be wrong with me. So I've decided I'd better stop eating junk food and start eating more fruits and vegetables, so I decided I'd get a salad from Subway. But there's one thing about eating healthy. If we're supposed to eat them, why don't they taste good? I mean really. Who WANTS to go out of their way to eat LEAVES off a lettuce? Anyone? No. So that's why they invented salad dressing: because lettuce etc. is disgusting. And I've also started to take short walks every day as well. I can barely go to the end of the street and back before my lower back and legs starts hurting. I am thinking about perhaps doing this at dusk so it'd be cooler then. And I slept for about 14 hours.

I believe vegetables is an acquired taste. In my teens, I didn't eat much vegetables, perhaps a tomato now and then. As I grew older, I started to like more vegetables, even including those lettuce, though I'll admit some dressing is preferred. When it comes to blood sugar, I don't think beef makes much of a difference, but obviously various forms of sugar and other carbohydrates like those in pasta, potatoes, rice, bread etc. The world is not black or white, there is a scale where you can still enjoy those but not all the time if you're diagnosed with e.g. diabetes type 2. My old dad got the wake-up call from his doctor some time in his mid-late 70's, and has now (with the support from my mom, plus the daily injection) lost weight and is healthier at 85++ than he was ten years ago. Perhaps you'll even be able to maintain a day schedule if you get help with your blood sugar.
