I know why I was having a problem. I hadn't preset Rand and Rand16, which apparently I needed to do because I didn't and that would make them set to 0 and apparently the code doesn't work if they're set to 0.

I woke up early due to me having acid reflux. It was 5 a.m. so I decided to work on this. A few hours later I couldn't take it any more so I quit and went on to other things. I came back to this about 45 minutes ago and I solved the problem I was having. Now since I woke up so early I need to go to bed now. Good night all.
