No more batteries!

Now I'm ready in case they quit making AA batteries (I don't think they ever will, but then again, you can't get a new movie on VHS any more). I got the mail and inside was the Lynx AC Power Adaptor I bought. So now I can play my Lynx games without batteries! I don't know why the Game Boy had a stranglehold on the handheld market when the Lynx games were way better, and in color. The only Game Boy games I like are Super Mario Land 2 and maybe sometimes Alleyway, but that's it. With the Lynx; the games I like so far are Shanghai, Pinball Jam, Qix, Ms. Pac-man and Power Factor, and that's only out of the 24 games I have, compared with the 60+ GB games I have. The only thing the Lynx is lacking is Breakout, which I have no idea why they didn't port it over to it. Thanks to homebrew, a Tetris clone is available, but every homebrew game is about $40, compared to the $10-20 for new Lynx games now. I didn't use to be that big of a Pac-Man fan, but now I find myself playing Ms. Pac-Man with the skip level codes. Same thing with Power Factor. A game I wouldn't ordinarily like, but do because there's an invincibility code. Anyways, it's about time to order me a new Lynx game, which would make my total to be 25, which is good considering until May 5 of this year, I didn't even own a Lynx. My goal is to have every single curved lip game, which will be difficult (or downright impossible) because there's some rarity 7+ ones out there.

This is kind of an aside but have you tried playing Lynx games with Lithium or NIHM batteries? I would expect them to run a lot longer than the old NiCad rechargables.

I have no idea what you're talking about. The only type of battery I'm familiar with is "Duracell."
