(Sad, I know. ) Anyway, they're cart only, and in overall good condition. Sorry, no overlays. As far as references go, I have insane amounts of feedback on neo-geo.com (100% positive of course), plenty of feedback on shmups (again, all positive), and I know I've purchased a couple things on here.
