It'll be interesting to see how the HD versions of the first do in comparison. Bayonetta (PS3) 420K after 4 weeks. So about 100K per week. Fine, fine, so Platinums second game managed to sell as good as MadWorld. I actually thought it'd do a little better, considering that it's their first game with a normal art direction (Compared to Okami, Viewtiful Joe, MadWorld...) and being targetted at testosterone driven teenage boys. Whether that's good or bad is up to Sega and PlatinumGames, but we were hoping for better for the game, given its three weeks worth of sales.
