+craftsmanMIKE Posted June 27, 2013 Share Posted June 27, 2013 My first try at this game was on monday night, I got 936, I wrote it on my HSC notepad thats how I remember that far back. I didn't take a pic because the lowest posted score at the time was well above, figured I could beat it anyway, my score that is. Gave it a good honest hour tonight, the best I could do was a lousy 51 points dying on the first maze every time, on time with the key in hand. Obviously, I'm the real stinker here. I hope to improve a slight bit if possible, but if I can't by tomorrow night, THIS IS IT. Vocelli take your pick on which score to use as I don't think it matters. S.BAZ Posted June 27, 2013 Share Posted June 27, 2013 21,775 don't have a pic yet found out you get an extra life at 15K also found out the double up arrow doors in Runs 18 & 19 both take you back to the beginning of Run 18! don't know about runs 20 & up, but i can't recommend the double door in run 18 or 19. Also this is the first run where I've noticed zots going through walls. it did give me some practice at Run 18, the key is at the far upper left. don't get trapped at bottom right, avoid teleport unless Zots are far from bottom right Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The bad thing is when we enter a door that kicks in at earlier stages, or when we are born to die. That is, there is the luck factor in the game is impressive. Over 25 years ago, I was able to to complete 129 runs after weeks of memorization, rolling the score 5 times in the process (511,440). On run 130 however (2nd pic) , the game glitched out on me. The RUNR8 pic is actually Run 118. RUNU9 is actually Run 129, the last run before the glitch. I still have the VHS copy of all 130 runs. A good friend of mine, Scott Stilphen has it on his youtube channel, scottithgames, but it rolls unfortunately. He's working on getting that corrected. The runs start getting dark at run 40 for a few runs and again later on (5th pic). RUN0 is actually Run 100 (6th pic). Here's a tip, by using the transport doors you will be randomly tranported to another area of a run, sometimes in doing so, you'll get the key aswell. 6 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
